How do I change my password or email address?
If you are having login trouble, or you used your ConfirmHost account to access Online Bookkeeping
- you need to login into your Cpanel
- Under the Email section, click on change Password, change the information associated with your account and then click Save.
Please note: after the confirmation of the password, it will take up to 24 hours for the application to recognize your new email address.
